These are authentic production-sourced medical kit props from The Expanse. MANY of them have clear signs of use, probably from poor Shed's head exploding. 

Price is for each piece, so you can build your own kit for disasters, like asteroid strikes, amputations, anxiety attacks, or just a sore back. 

(Yes, one of them opened during transport, revealing that the props crew used SMARTIES CANDIES inside!!)
